Women's Self Defense Class

A Personal Protection and Situation Awareness Seminar for women will be given at 7:00 pm on Thursday November 3rd at the Denville Public Library. This seminar will cover basic self defense techniques, observation and report, situational awareness and avoidance. The class is to provide a basis for immediate ideas and techniques, to boost self confidence and to make you less of a target for possible attack.
