Women's Self Defense Class

A Personal Protection and Situation Awareness Seminar for women will be given at 7:00 pm on Thursday November 3rd at the Denville Public Library. This seminar will cover basic self defense techniques, observation and report, situational awareness and avoidance. The class is to provide a basis for immediate ideas and techniques, to boost self confidence and to make you less of a target for possible attack.

The class will be led by Glenn Wargo, instructor for Peaceful Valley Martial Arts which holds classes for the communities of White Meadow Lake in Rockaway and High Crest Lake in West Milford.

Enrollment is limited to 30 female participants!
