FreeJoin us on Tuesday mornings for a six week course of Whole Body Alignment. Movement and breathing techniques to acquire true-wellness. Alignment between physical, mental and emotional health, promoting energy and resilience to thrive in our daily lives! Presented by Karen Noel. Donations to help cover the costs of this ongoing program are always appreciated. The suggested amount is $5 per class. You only need to register once for the session.
